medal problem

i have this problem with that medal(sorry dont know the name)
it required 50 hours of warhawk flight+IAR 100 points and 5 air to air kills
i have more then 50 hours of flight and i have two time dont the IAR requirement,and they dont give me the medals,since im tired to try to get those 100 points and kill for nothing i wanted to know if other people had problem with that medal
