Game Over Problem-help

I will join a game and after 10-15 minutes of playing my display (other players) freeze but not me and then I get a Game Over.

I have not been able to play for more than 10-12 minutes in any game.

Is this an overheat problem?
Is this a network problem?

Anyone expierence similar prolems?
