Im sure a few people know about this already. On DC, under the bridge, there is a TOW missle.
Perfect strategy: Under the bridge, on the 2 far sides at the top, there is a small ledge. Simply retrieve the TOW missle, wait for a likely candidate that you know the location of. Fire. Land on ledge and wait for TOW to respawn.
What you need: Rocket Launcher(to shoot any wandering Warhawks), Machine Gun, Warhawk.
Note: Make sure you are not followed.
