Betting/Money game topic removed from PSU

I can understand why they don't want such a topic on their boards, but I was hoping they would have just locked it. Anyway, here is the general idea:

I am thinking of recreating a system similar to one I've seen that allows players (or clans) to challenge each other for money. In addition, I'd like to run tournaments that have a small entry fee that goes towards the final prize (maybe prizes)...discuss, ask questions, etc.
